Check Caps Lock is off. Try copy-pasting your password from a password manager to avoid typos. If you've genuinely forgotten, use the password reset process above. Remember: the email is case-insensitive but the password is case-sensitive.
"Account temporarily locked"
This triggers after 5 failed login attempts. The account unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. Don't keep trying — you'll extend the lockout. If you need access sooner, contact live chat support.
Page won't load or keeps timing out
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Disable any VPN or ad-blocker extensions, as these can interfere with the login process. Try a different browser or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Touch ID / Face ID not working
Make sure biometric login is enabled in the app settings. If it was working before, try logging in manually once, then re-enable biometrics. After app updates, you may need to set it up again.
Password reset email not arriving
